Acceptance of Emotions

This week, I choose to honor my emotions, whatever they may be. I recognize that emotions are not good or bad — they are simply part of the human experience. Instead of pushing away sadness, anger, or frustration, I allow myself to feel them fully, knowing that they are temporary and that they will pass. I give myself permission to express my emotions in a healthy way, without shame or judgment, allowing space for vulnerability.
