Grounding in the Present

This week, I focus on staying grounded, reminding myself that I don’t need to rush. I take a deep breath, noticing how the air feels as I inhale and exhale. There’s a sense of calm when I return to the present. I acknowledge moments of discomfort but allow them to pass without judgment. Instead of dwelling on things I cannot change, I gently return to the now. I find grounding in simple activities like walking or even just sitting still, giving myself permission to slow down and reconnect.
