Letting Go of Perfectionism

This week, I focus on letting go of perfectionism. I remind myself that perfection is an illusion, and chasing it can cause unnecessary stress. I give myself permission to be human, to make mistakes, and to embrace the process rather than the outcome. Instead of striving for perfection, I seek progress, learning from each experience and trusting that I am enough as I am.
