The Eternal Now

Columbine flower

The mind lives in stories of before and after, but the soul lives only here, in the timeless stillness of now. Eternity is not in the future; it is woven into this very breath. This week, practice dwelling in the eternal now. Let go of the chase for what’s next. Feel life vibrating in this single heartbeat, this single moment of being. When you notice yourself lost in thought, pause. Ask gently, what is here right now? The answer is always the same: peace, breath, presence.
The eternal now is vast enough to hold everything — joy and sorrow, love and loss — yet untouched by any of it. Return here often. This is where the divine lives, where you have always been, and where you will always be.
