This week, I practice mindful time management. Instead of rushing through tasks or feeling overwhelmed by my to-do list, I approach my time with intention. I prioritize what matters most, allowing space for both productivity and rest. I recognize that time is a precious resource, and by being mindful of how I use it, I can create a sense of balance and peace. I focus on being present in each moment, whether I’m working or relaxing.
