This week, I return to the simplicity and power of mindful breathing. Whenever I feel stressed, anxious, or scattered, I take a moment to close my eyes and focus on my breath. I inhale deeply, hold for a moment, and then exhale slowly, releasing tension with each breath. I use this simple practice throughout the day as a way to center myself and come back to the present moment. I recognize that my breath is always there to support me, offering calm in the chaos.
