Loving Father, You revealed Your love
through Saint Teresa of Calcutta, who recognized
Christ in the poor, forgotten, sick, and abandoned.
Teach me to see beyond appearances
and notice the person who needs compassion today.
Give me a generous heart that does not wait
for great opportunities to serve, but lovingly responds
to the small needs placed before me.
May I bring Your tenderness wherever I go.
Through Christ our Lord.
