Lord of mercy, You are close to the poor,
the lonely, and the forgotten.
Open our eyes to those who suffer in silence around us.
Remove indifference from our hearts
and make us generous toward those in need.
Help us offer not only material assistance
but compassion, dignity, and friendship.
May we recognize Your face in every person who struggles.
Teach us to build a society marked by justice, kindness,
and reverence for human life.
