Eternal God, as this year draws to a close,
we pause to reflect on all You have done in our lives.
Thank you for the blessings received and for the trials
that strengthened our faith.
Forgive us for the times we failed to trust You
or follow your ways.
As we prepare to enter a new year,
help us let go of regrets and embrace hope.
Give us wisdom to learn from the past
without being imprisoned by it.
May we step into the future with confidence,
knowing You walk with us always.
