St. Martha, friend of Jesus, you welcomed him
into your home and served him with diligence and love.
Pray for me, that my friendships may be marked by loyalty,
honesty, and care for others' good.
Lord, like Martha and Mary, may I be willing to serve those I love
and learn to sit at Your feet and simply be present with You.
Amen.
