to those who heard you.
Pray for all who teach and preach the faith — that their words
may be rooted in truth and delivered with charity.
Lord, help me to speak words today that build up
rather than tear down, that comfort rather than wound.
May my speech reflect the gentleness and truth of the Gospel.
