Heavenly Father, as we begin this month
that carries us deeper into Lent,
prepare my heart for conversion.
Remove from me every attachment
That keeps me from loving You fully.
Teach me to pray with sincerity, fast with humility,
and give with generosity.
May this season not pass me by, but transform me.
Through Christ my Lord.
