Lord Jesus, You often found welcome in the homes of friends,
and You remind us that whoever welcomes another welcomes You.
Open my heart and my home today to those in need of kindness —
a friend, a stranger, or someone difficult to love.
Help me to offer hospitality not from abundance, but from love,
trusting that even small gestures of welcome
reflect Your own welcome of me.
