Lord God, on this day we honor the holy name of Mary,
the humble woman who welcomed Your saving plan with faith.
May her name remind me of gentleness, courage,
obedience, and trust.
When I am uncertain, help me imitate her willingness
to say yes to You.
May Mary lead me ever closer to Jesus and teach me
to treasure God's word within my heart.
Amen.
