O Emmanuel, our King and Lawgiver,
the Expected of Nations and their Savior,
You are God-With-Us, the promise fulfilled.
We long for Your presence in our lives —
not as a distant deity but as the One who walks
beside us in every moment.
Come and dwell among us fully this Christmas.
Help us recognize that You never abandon us,
that even in our loneliest hours, You are Emmanuel.
Save us, O Lord our God, and gather us from all corners
of our scattered lives to give thanks to Your holy name.
Amen.
