Lord God, You called Saint Gregory the Great
to shepherd Your people with wisdom, courage, and humility.
Through his example, teach me to serve
rather than seek honor, to listen before speaking,
and to lead others toward Christ through charity.
Give wisdom to Your shepherds today,
strengthen those who proclaim the Gospel,
and make my own life a quiet witness to Your truth.
Through Christ our Lord.
