Lord, through the examples of St. Vincent and St. Marianne Cope,
You show us that Your grace is sufficient for every trial.
Whether facing the fires of martyrdom
or the isolation of the leper colonies, they served You with joy.
Grant us a heart of service that does not shrink from difficulty.
May we find Christ in the suffering and offer our lives
as a pleasing sacrifice to you.
