Lord Jesus,
You conquered death and opened the gates of eternal life.
When I grow weary or afraid, remind me that heaven is my home.
Let this hope strengthen me to live faithfully each day,
with eyes fixed on Your promise.
Comfort me in grief and help me trust that those
who sleep in You live forever in Your love.
May this hope sustain me always.
